$50,000 Dealer Bond Application
California Used Car Dealers
Upon receipt of the completed application, we will submit the application to the bonding company and await their decision. Please read all of the instructions carefully, all are important!!!
1. Type directly on the form and then print (cannot be saved or sent electronically) OR print form and fill out manually. After completing the application, sign as per the "Guidelines for Completing a form 10E Application for Used Car Dealer Bond" (on page 2) as it pertains to you, i.e. Individual, Partnership or Corporation.
2. We will advise the price of the bond after approval, additionally there is a $20.00 charge, to Fed-X the bond to you.
3. Please confirm the address the bond is to be delivered to, the business or residence. Be sure to include a phone # where you may be reached.
4. Please fax the completed application to our office at (209) 795-9898. Upon approval from the bonding company, we will notify you. We will then require the money for fees and the ORIGINAL application with signatures mailed to us. We will also require a copy of your drivers license.
WE WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST IF THE APPLICATION IS NOT COMPLETED PROPERLY AND WE DO NOT RECEIVE A COPY 0F YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE.
If for any reason the bond is not approved, we have other companies we use, but the cost of their bond will be higher.
